Documents required to issue the bank instrument

• Filling out the attached form
• The commercial license of the company or institution requesting the guarantee
• A copy of the passports of all partners
• A copy of the initial invoice for the required goods in the event of purchasing products
• A copy of the project contract in the event of requesting a guarantee for a project
• A bank statement for the last six months
• Proof of address (electricity bill – water – telephone – ….)

(Issue procedure)

1. Verify the validity of all required documents
2. Issue a draft of the required bank guarantee for review by the client
3. Issue the final draft after amendments
4. Sign the investment and issuance contract
5. Collect bank fees
6. Within 5 to 8 working days, the guarantee reaches the beneficiary’s account from the issuing bank
   Fees and costs depend on the value of the financial instrument, the term, the issuing bank, the drafting conditions, and other factors applicable to each transaction.
